The location of the hotel was superb – right in the heart of the city center. I could easily explore the city by foot without needing transportation. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed.

Recently refurbished, new everything. Good English proficiency of receptionists. Fantastic location near main square. Hotel access only by key after 11 for added security. Lovely decorated rooms, comfortable bed.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a mini-kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, making it convenient for our stay. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location was outstanding, just a minute's walk to the central square with a breathtaking view of the city. We also appreciated the helpfulness of Manager Olena during our stay.
